We train your operating personnel, provide you with comprehensive technical documentation and continue to support you after commissioning with advice and practical help.

Plan
Consultation
We visit you on site, clarify requirements with regard to economic, structural and technical questions and determine the tasks involved.
Pre-planning
We create a planning concept, taking every interface into consideration and including information on necessary supply connections. We integrate the system drawing into the existing or planned production environment. On request, we act as the contact for architects and sub-suppliers and take charge of organising the material flow.
Planning
We create an implementation plan with detailed drawings and a detailed description of the project. Following customer approval, we appoint a project manager who takes charge of monitoring deadlines and coordinates the project as a permanent contact person.
Design
We develop and design everything in-house – both the electrical circuit diagrams and mechanical components and systems that are designed using 3D CAD technology. The experience of our design engineers ensures that individual components and assemblies fit together perfectly to form a fully functional system.
Production
We manufacture all systems and assemblies in our own production facilities. Individual assemblies are welded, fitted and painted in our facilities before final assembly. Control cabinets are constructed in our electrical department. The control cabinets are equipped and wired in a standardised manner pursuant to circuit diagrams.
Programming
We program the control of your automated production line. All process sequences that are timed or controlled by sensors are recorded in a system-specific PLC program. On request, we can also equip your system with a visualisation system that allows all settings to be realised either directly on a touchpanel or a PC interface. We can also integrate the visualisation system online into your production control if necessary.

Act
Installation
We deliver your system in preassembled parts and have our experienced fitters install it on site to create a reliable production line. Following a test run and successful commissioning, we train your operating personnel on the system and provide you with comprehensive technical documentation in written and digital form.
Support
We continue to support you after your system has been commissioned. Should there be any disruptions or measures required to optimise processes, we will contact you via remote maintenance and guide you step by step to your goal. If necessary, we are more than happy to visit you personally.
Spare parts
We compile a spare parts offer for you which is tailored to your production line and which contains recommendations as to which spare parts you should keep in stock to avoid production downtimes.
